2014-03-28 17.07.33Wildpflanzen und -kräuter sind einfach cool. Ganz egal welche – die, die ich im „großen“ Garten, den Traunauen sammle oder die, die ich am kompakten Linzer Balkongarten anpflanze, am liebsten sind mir aber die, die plötzlich und von ganz alleine im kleinen Mühlviertler Gärtlein auftauchen. Warum? Ja, das weiß ich eben auch nicht so genau. Aber das ist ja das wirklich tolle dran.

Woher weiß ein Kräutlein, dass man es genau jetzt braucht?

Ich finde es spannend sich mit Wildpflanzen zu beschäftigen, sie zu verkochen, zu fotografieren, zu räuchern, einzulegen, zu Salben oder Smartphonehüllen zu verarbeiten, oder sie einfach in der Natur anzuschaun und zu riechen.

Von diesen Wildpflanzen und meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen mit ihnen schreibe ich in diesem Blog. Aber nicht nur das – ergänzen möchte ich das ganze mit altem Wissen über Natur- und Hausmittel, Rezepten, Geschichten und Zitaten und jeder Menge Fotos. So der Plan. Schaun wir mal, wohin die Reise geht … 😉
